DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

50% of the rental fee in US Funds is required within five days of the reservation confirmation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. All Christmas, New Years reservations (December 20th to January 3rd) and American Thanksgiving (November 20th to the 27th) require 50% deposit and full payment is due 60 days prior
To arrival. If your arrival date is less than 30 days full payment is due within five business days of confirmed reservation.

We accept wire transfers, Visa and Master card online payments and Pay Pal.
All Credit Card disputes and challenges must be made in writing 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Reservations will be automatically cancelled if funds are not received within five days of the confirmed reservation. We Reserve the right to treat any reservation as cancelled if payments schedules are not met. An exception can be requested in writing for special circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Reservations must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival for an 80% refund and the other 20% is an administrative processing fee. Individual Homeowners may have different stated policies as listed in the PVR Vacations website under property policies for each home. Reservations must be cancelled within 60 days of arrival or you will forfeit full rental charges. There will be no refunds due to acts of nature, religion or weather situations, mechanical failure, earthquake, golf conditions, etc. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation for hurricane, earthquake or any natural disaster or any other non controllable situations such as but not limited to construction in the area, unusual noise or other disturbances are non refundable. Please take out trip insurance.

RESPONSIBILITY

Neither PVR Vacations or the property owner or any of their agents shall be held responsible for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any person or property of any, of a person occupying the rental property to seek recourse against the property owner or PVR Vacations for any injury to the person or property of the person shall be governed and by the laws of Mexico and determined exclusively by the courts of Mexico having proper jurisdiction. PVR Vacations or property owners shall under no circumstance is responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to guest occupying its rental properties  for the action of its neighbors or surrounding area.
All information provided by PVR Vacations while deemed true and reliable, is not guaranteed. Changes in inventory items furnishings and décor may occur from time to time and such changes will not avoid or alter the terms of the rental agreement.

TRAVEL TIPS

Guests traveling out of the United States, Canada or any other country are responsible for obtaining proper documents for traveling to Mexico. (Check with your airline/transportation provider of required documents). It is always important to know something about the laws of the country you are traveling to.

RESTRICTIONS

The number of guests stipulated in the confirmation document is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property. If more people arrive than stated on the confirmation document they might be denied occupancy or an extra charge of $65.00 USD per person, per night will apply.
Tenants occupying the unit will be responsible for any damages caused by the individual
or their guests to the property or its contents during their stay. Cost for damage will be limited to repairs of replacement value of the items damaged. No pets will be allowed in the rental home without written permission prior to arrival. Unlawful activities including illegal drug use will not be tolerated. Noise affecting nearby properties will be strictly enforced. If these policies are not adhered to you, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refund will be given.

PROPERTY KEYS

You will be issued 1 set of keys to the property you are visiting. If more sets of keys are needed for your stay there will be a $25.00 USD required per set which can be arranged through the PVR Vacations concierge department. Once the keys have been returned prior to your departure, the full deposit will be reimbursed. concierge@pvrvacations.com
